1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from Beagles&Bracken website.
Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beagles&Bracken
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
2. Our products
Beagles&Bracken sells beagle-inspired clothing, gifts and accessories.
Many of our products are made to order and produced after you place your order using third-party print and fulfilment partners.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, images and sizes accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and minor variations can occur during printing and production.
Please check product descriptions and size information carefully before ordering.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your basket.
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment has not been authorised;
- there has been an obvious pricing or listing error;
- we cannot fulfil the order to the delivery address supplied; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Because our products are generally sent into production shortly after ordering, please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error or wish to change an order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges and taxes, will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Shipping and delivery
Our products are made to order, so production time is additional to delivery time.
Estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be shown where available at checkout and are also explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and occasional delays can occur because of carriers, customs, production issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them on your behalf.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when ordering.
6. Cancellation and change-of-mind returns
For eligible consumer purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods within the following 14 days.
Please contact us before returning anything so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.
You will normally be responsible for the cost of returning goods where you have simply changed your mind.
Returned products should not have been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them or establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where required, we will refund the standard delivery charge originally paid. Additional charges paid for premium or expedited delivery are not normally refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law, including goods that have been genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications.

7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Please contact us as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered.
We may ask you to provide photographs and your order details so that we can investigate the problem.
Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights in relation to faulty goods, goods that are not as described or other rights provided by consumer law.
8. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times after we issue a refund depend on your bank or payment provider.

9. International orders
We may accept orders from customers outside the United Kingdom.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.
International delivery times may be longer than UK delivery times.
10. Intellectual property
The content displayed on The Beagle Goods Co. website, including artwork, graphics, branding, photographs, text and product designs, is owned by us, licensed to us or used with appropriate permission.
You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, modify or commercially use our website content or product artwork without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Our store is powered by Shopify and we use third-party providers to assist with services such as payment processing, printing, order fulfilment and delivery.
Your purchase is made from The Beagle Goods Co., not from Shopify or our print and fulfilment providers.
Links to third-party websites may occasionally appear on our website. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.
13. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to process payments, produce orders, arrange delivery, operate our website or provide customer service.
14. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Products sold through this store are intended for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity resulting from consumer purchases.
15. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control.
If such an event significantly affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will contact you where appropriate.
