All Beagles & Bracken products are made to order especially for you.

Order processing

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipping within 2–7 business days. Production times can vary during busy periods or due to product availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location and the fulfilment provider used for your order.

Estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be shown at checkout where available. Please remember that production time is additional to delivery time.

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible and within the timeframe shown when you place your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the products ordered and delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

International orders

We may ship orders internationally.

International deliveries can take longer than domestic orders and may occasionally be subject to customs processing. Customers may also be responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs charges that apply in their country.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking shows a problem, please contact us at tobaccoseeds@hotmail.com and we will investigate the issue for you.

Please note that occasional carrier or customs delays can occur after an order has been dispatched.
