Refund policy

Returns and cancellations

We want you to be happy with your order.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once you have notified us, the item should be returned within the following 14 days.

Returned items should be in substantially the same condition as received and should not have been worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try on the item.

To request a return, please contact us at

hello@beaglesandbracken.co.uk

before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we agree otherwise.

Please do not send returns directly to our print or fulfilment provider.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Personalised items

Products that have been specifically personalised or made to your individual specification may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us to arrange a return where eligible and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or appropriate evidence that it has been sent back, we will inspect it and confirm your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Where required, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
